Privacy contact
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Use this page to ask about your personal information or to exercise your rights over it. You don't need an account: relatives recorded in someone's family tree, people who received an invitation, and parents or guardians we contacted can write to us too.
Who to contact
Memouring is operated by [Razão social — a definir / Company name — TBD] ([CNPJ — a definir / TBD]), [Endereço — a definir / Address — TBD].
- Email: [e-mail de contato — a definir / contact email — TBD]
- Data protection officer: [Encarregado — a definir / Data protection officer — TBD]
Do it yourself in the app
If you have an account, you can do most things yourself in Settings:
- download a copy of your data;
- correct your name, photo, country and language, and the content you created;
- delete your account.
What you can ask us
- whether we hold information about you, and a copy of it;
- to correct information that is wrong, incomplete or out of date;
- to delete or anonymize information, including what someone else recorded about you in their family tree;
- who we share your information with;
- to withdraw a consent you gave;
- anything else about our privacy policy.
How to write to us
Email [e-mail de contato — a definir / contact email — TBD] and tell us:
- what you are asking for;
- the email address of your account, if you have one. Please write from that address, so we know the request is yours;
- if it is about a family tree that isn't yours, the name of the person recorded and, if you know it, of the tree's owner.
Before we send or delete anything, we may ask for more information to confirm who you are. A parent or guardian writing about a child's account should say which account and how they are related. We reply within 15 days.
If you are not satisfied
If you are in Brazil, you can complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD). If you live in the United States and we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.
